Binary Law by M.H. Grace
Ellie Andrews has been receiving tutoring from Blake McCarthy for three years to help her improve her grades so she can get into one of the top universities to study law. And she’s had a huge crush on him since she can remember.
Blake McCarthy is the geek at school that’s had a crush on Ellie since the day he met her.
In their final tutoring session, Blake and Ellie finally become brave enough to take the leap of faith.
But, life has other plans and rips them apart.
Six years later Blake and his best friends Ben and Billy have built a successful internet platform company 3BCubed, while Ellie is a successful and hardworking lawyer specialising in Corporate Law.
3BCubed is being threatened with a devastatingly large plagiarism case and when it lands on their lawyers desk, it’s handed to the new Corporate Lawyer to handle and win.
Coincidence or perhaps fate will see Blake and Ellie pushed back together.
Binary Law will have Blake and Ellie propelled into a life that’s a whirl wind of catastrophic events and situations where every emotion will be touched. Hurt will be experienced, happiness will be presented and love will be evident. But is that enough for Blake and Ellie be able to live out their own happily ever after?
“I have no intentions of this journey ending anytime soon, but it starts tonight, with you and me” - Blake McCarthy
MY REVIEW
Life is like a big Puzzle. Every puzzle piece is important to complete the whole picture, every piece plays a significant role. But like any other puzzles sometimes you will encounter a missing piece either it was misplaced or lost. How can you start to build your puzzle if some piece is missing? Will you just give up? Or force to find those missing piece?
First of all, thank you for the ARC given by the authors. Once I've got my copy instantly I started reading it even I'm still at work. (^o^) and second, congrats on your first book!
I love the title of the book something unique and fitting to the characters of the story and even the book cover is a thumbs up for me.
It was well written. I love the story very romantic with a little surprise in the end. It was an easy read for me, because the narration is clear and precise, for me it doesn't have a boring scene. It was written on Blake's and Ellie's POV and even Tony has its own POV, I love that part actually, the scene where he investigates. Moving on, lol. I always have the smile on my face whenever I read Blake's POV, I find him very charming, caring and he is very SWEET and HOT, oh and RICH, lucky Ellie. While Ellie on the other side has a strong personality, daring and a very good friend just like Blake. She has beauty and brain, who will not fall for her?
Binary Law is a story of a love lost and a love found. A story about friendship and family. A story between two individuals looking/longing for the missing piece of their life, once lost and unexpectedly reunited. From the start until the end the "love" is always there even though it was tested and faces some difficulties they still hold on and never let go.
I enjoy reading it, I laughed, I cried a little because of Blake's vow to Ellie, so damn sweet! And for me it is a perfect way to end the story I love it when it ends on a... "and they lived happily ever after"
Kudos! And Cheers! Love it *(^o^)*
